Here are some questions and answers to help you out

How do I buy a Gift Certificate?
EUROQUEST now offers a Gift
Certificate service. This is only available through the travel brands owned
by the EUROQUEST TRAVEL GROUP sites at
this time. Simply click on the gift certificate link (at the top right hand
corner) of the web site,
and follow the instructions to purchase your Gift Certificate. All Gift
Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates are not refundable. All Gift
Certificates, including any unused balance, expires two years after the date
of issue, or as required by local law.
What type of Gift Certificates are there?
EUROQUEST now offers a Gift
Certificate service. This is only available through the travel brands owned
by the EUROQUEST TRAVEL GROUP sites at
this time. Simply click on the gift certificate link (at the top right hand
corner) of the web site, and follow the instructions to purchase your
Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates are available in 2 currencies: US
Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR).
What can Gift Certificates be used for?
Gift Certificates are redeemable
against any product offered on the Web Sites across all the travel brands owned by the EUROQUEST TRAVEL GROUP. Gift
Certificates are valid for two years from the date of initial purchase, or
as required by local law. All Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift
Certificates are not refundable. Gift certificates cannot be used for
air reservation or other travel service not offered via the EUROQUEST TRAVEL
GROUP Web sites.
How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
Visit
travel brands owned by the EUROQUEST TRAVEL GROUP and browse through our entire
range of 4,500+ tours and activities worldwide. When you've found what you
want, click Book and
follow the standard booking process. Enter your Gift Certificate code on the
Payment Details
page. If the value of the items you book is greater than your Gift
Certificate, you can pay the balance using an acceptable credit card. If the
value is less than your Gift Certificate, we'll store the balance in our
database for you to use on another occasion. Note that your Gift
Certificate, including any unused balance, expires two years after the date
of issue, or as required by local law.
My Gift Certificate was stolen or lost, what do I
do?
No problems, simply call us and the remaining balance on your gift card
will be frozen and transferred to a new gift card. The value stored on the
replacement gift card will match the balance of your account at the time you
reported your original card missing. Once the balance has been frozen and
transferred to a new gift card, the old card has no value and cannot be
accepted for payment. Prior to notification, any use of the card is at your
risk.
Can I get a refund for a Gift Certificate?
All Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates
are not refundable.
Can I redeem a Gift Certificate for cash?
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
How long are Gift Certificates valid for?
Gift Certificates are valid for two years from the date of
initial purchase, or as required by local law. Gift Certificates remain
valid until the entire value has been utilized or the expiry date has
passed, subject to relevant local laws.
Can I buy a Gift Certificate in a different
currency to the value of the Gift Certificate?
Yes. Gift Certificates are available in two currencies:
US Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR). We suggest you purchase your Gift Certificate
in the recipient's 'local' currency. For example, if the recipient lives in
the US, a US Dollar (USD) Gift Certificate is best. If they live in Germany,
a Euro (EUR) Gift Certificate is better, and so on. The local currency price
you'll pay for the Certificate is shown on the site, depending on the
currency flag you've chosen at that time. Therefore you can purchase the
Gift Certificate in a currency that is different to the actual Gift
Certificate currency.
Can I use a Gift Certificate and pay extra for a
product?
Yes. If the Gift Certificate is redeemed in a booking of
higher value, the balance may be paid using an acceptable credit card, or
another Gift Certificate of the same currency.
What sites can I buy a Gift Certificate on?
At this time, Gift Certificates are only available across all the travel
brands owned by the EUROQUEST TRAVEL GROUP.
How can I access my Gift Certificate?
There is a link to your Gift Certificate in the
confirmation email you received from EUROQUEST. If you don't have a copy of
your confirmation email, contact EUROQUEST Customer Service for additional
assistance.
