Meeting procedures:
Driver recognition
Our driver will be holding a EUROQUEST sign with your name and company on
it. If you do not want your name to be shown, please advise us and we will
provide only EUROQUEST heading. Should you not see your driver for any
reason you are requested to call our 24hours a day dispatch on line at the
phone numbers indicated on you VOUCHER IMMEDIATELY

Baggage allowance:
Private cars can
take up to 4 Passengers with 2 full suitcases and 2 small carry on in a
trunk. Passengers should be advised that anything over this baggage
allowance will cause a problem and it will be up to the driver to accept or
deny the transfer of a passengers with his/her luggage. Due to the fact that
the driver delivered the service, and that the passengers were fully aware
of the baggage allowance, their will be no refunds for the passenger that
will be denied a transfer Tips are not included.
Waiting charges:

Your Chauffeur will be waiting for you at your flight
arrival time - after the customer area, holding a EUROQUEST sign with
your NAME ON IT.
Please be advised that their is a 1 hours waiting time
period included after the flight's scheduled arrival time.
After 1 hour, their will be a 30EURO per hour charge to
be paid directly to the driver.

Night Transfers:
Their will be a
25EURO Night transfer charge for Pickups between 8PM and 8AM
NO SHOW Policy:
If a customer
fails to show at the designated pick up location a "No Show" fee equal to
the cost of the trip plus the appropriate vehicle gratuity, applicable
waiting time and all other out of pocket costs will be charged to that
customer's credit card. If a customer cannot locate the driver, the
Dispatcher must be called immediately at the numbers indicated on your
VOUCHER.
Cancelation charges:
Cancellations (Pre or Post): Any cancellations or no shows on transfer bookings attract a fee equal to 100%.
Delayed flights/Trains: The driver will wait a maximum of 1 hour after the flight's scheduled time (30 minutes for trains). Example: For a flight supposed to arrive at 09AM, the driver will wait until 10AM. EUROQUEST and it's
DBAs or affiliates are not responsible for delayed flights, strikes or lost luggage or for updated information that will be showed after our driver is already on the way to the airport. In case of delays greater than 60 minutes, the driver will leave automatically and NO refunds will be given in any circumstances. In some cases, and solely at the discretion of our drivers and for the convenience of our customers, drivers may wait longer than 1 hour after the flight schedule time, but will charge the customer directly for a "waiting hour" supplemental charge, to be paid locally to the driver. Customer will be responsible for the waiting hour charge to be paid to the Driver. REMINDER: We strongly suggest purchasing our Travel Insurance from our site, for protection against delays and other mis-happenings.
Departure transfer to the airport: Pick up at least 3. to 2.5 hours before the flight schedule time. EUROQUEST and it's dba or affiliates will not be responsible for missed flights for any reasons.
Railway transfers: The driver will wait at the beginning of the platform and for a maximum of 30 minutes according to the original reservation of the transfer.
For "shared" transfers, customers may wait up to 30 to 45 minutes after meeting with our driver for their departure to the hotel, in order for the driver to pick up other customers arriving from different flights, terminals.
In case of problems for pick ups, an emergency telephone
number for our transfer provider will be provided on your voucher/receipt.

Do you offer large bus transfers for groups, Schools
,Universities?
EUROQUEST provides transfers to Schools, Universities
and other affinity groups worldwide, from 10 to 400 persons. Contact our friendly

General Conditions for Transfers:
- A surcharge based on the fare, stop time and waiting
time will be charged to all trips taking place on the following
holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 14th, Labor
Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
- All out of pocket charges, including tolls, parking,
airport fees and taxes will be added to your bill.
- All rides are billed to a customer's
credit card. We accepts American Express, Diner's Club, Mastercard,
Visa.
- Customer's credit cards will be charged after the
time of booking. Credit cards are pre-authorized and used to hold your
reservation.
- Extra stops en route are charged $35.00 or at the
appropriate vehicle hourly rate in 30 minute increments.
- For non-airport pick-ups a grace period of 15 minutes
is given. -Once either grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged
at the appropriate vehicle hourly rate in 30 minute increments.
- If a customer cannot locate the driver, Dispatcher
must be called to avoid being charged for a "No Show".
- If a customer fails to show at the designated pick up
location a "No Show" fee equal to the cost of the trip plus the
appropriate vehicle gratuity, applicable waiting time and all other out
of pocket costs will be charged to that customer's credit card.
- Waiting Time For airport pick-ups a 30 minute grace
period is given after the posted flight arrival time.
- Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged
according to the following scale. Client will have his/her credit
card(s) charged for any no shows, late cancellations, any changes made
without prior notification, and overtime fees. EUROQUEST, or any of its
affiliates and the driver(s) will assume no responsibility for any
articles left in the vehicle.
- No smoking is permitted in the vehicle at any time.
Alcohol will not be consumed by anyone who has not attained the age of
21 years as of the date of the rental. The chauffeur reserves the right
to terminate your rental if the terms of the agreement are violated.
- Taxes will be charged where applicable.
- When reserving the vehicle you are entering a lease
agreement which states the following: The vehicle will be clean and as
you have ordered and inspected. The Lessee will be responsible for any
and all damage to the vehicle caused by the lessee or guests of the
lessee. The vehicle will not be used to violate any local, federal,
and/or international laws, regulations or ordinances. The client is
responsible for all parking charges, and/or bridge toll fees.
- The company reserves the right to invoice the client
with a 50% charge unless cancellation has been received one hour prior
to the dispatch of the car.
- All parking and entrance fees are chargeable

All hiring start when the car leaves the garage and finish when the car
returns to the garage. Except where subject to affixed charge e.g
Airport transfer/specific quotations.
- The company accepts no responsibilities for any
delays however caused. Neither can responsibility be accepted for any
loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the car howsoever
such loss or damage is caused.
- Any damage caused to the interior/exterior or any of
our vehicles will incur costs payable by the client.
- When a hirer desires to travel to a particular
place, the driver will, unless specifically otherwise instructed by the
Company travel by route which is, in his/her opinion, the best and most
convenient for motoring whether the route is shortest or not, and no
allowance will be made to hirer on the ground that the route adopted is
not actually
