So the lovely guide came to our hotel and rearranged for the next day, extremely helpful and also arranged a transfer down to Sorrento as we were moving hotels on the same day. The tour itself was very good, concise information, good amount of time around the crater and friendly guide. Tour guide gets you through the gate, and then you are on your own.
