Cooking in Etna Volcano - Castiglione di Sicilia from Catania Port

At 8:30AM You are greeted at Catania port and drive to Etna Park
a beautiful Volcano rich in sounds, perfumes, and colors.
An enchanting landscape protected by a nature park you cannot miss
the opportunity to visit if you are in Sicily. The Park extends from the peak
of the volcano to the towns around it.
We soon arrive in Castiglione di Sicilia: the ancient masseria transformed
in farmhouse and the owner Mamma Rosaria will welcome us at her masseria.
She will introduce us her kitchen and start the cooking course!!!!!
At the end of the course we will enjoy the light-lunch, tasting typical local 
Etna dishes and some time to rest. In the afternoon, back to Catania port.
